Refund and Returns Policy
1. Introduction
This Refund and Returns Policy applies to all tickets purchased through our website, in compliance with the Consumer Protection Law of the European Union and Slovenian regulations. By purchasing tickets, you agree to the terms outlined below.
2. Ticket Purchases and Refunds
In accordance with EU regulations, the purchase of tickets is generally considered a service, and as such, it is not eligible for a refund once the payment has been processed. However, we offer refunds under the following conditions:
Changes to Event Terms: If there are significant changes to the event details (such as a change in venue or date), you may be eligible for a refund.
Event Cancellation: If the event is cancelled, you will be entitled to a full refund of the ticket price.
Event Postponement: If the event is postponed to a later date, you may request a refund within [8 days] of the new event date announcement. After this period, no refunds will be issued.
3. Refund Process

4. No Right of Withdrawal
Under Slovenian law and EU regulation (Directive 2011/83/EU), there is no general right of withdrawal for tickets as they are considered a service provided on a specific date. Therefore, you are not entitled to a refund for tickets once the purchase has been completed unless the event is cancelled, postponed, or there is a significant change to the event as specified in section 2.
